"3 Idiots" - a fantabulous movie with great messages. Is it right for young minds though?

"3 Idiots" is certainly making to my 'All time favorite' list. And in this case, box office nbrs indicate same for probably millions of others. Its a talk of the town here and everyone is singing 'All is well' and yes, everyone wants to watch it!
After watching it though, I strongly feel its not appropriate for kids. It is super-duper entertainment and will make everyone laugh - kids & adults alike, but young minds won't be able to catch the 'right' messages this movie conveys. I am afraid they may pick many wrong ones instead.
What is your take - Would you take your 5-14 year old to this moive?
